Our vehicle was on the 24 july 2013. our case was assigned to dawid Lourens. we got excellent service from him. He handled the claim in a professional way and as speedy as possible. And kept us updated throughout the process. Not once we had to call him to find out, what is going on. Our claim was investigated, processed and paid out within 8 working days.
