I was offered a Betterlife Cover during late December 2012 which costed R70.00 p.m. April this year I called BetterLife to cancel my contract with them due to minor reasons and so they did. I still received transaction sms' during May, even though I had cancelled my contract. I Didn't put money in my account because of this issue. The same thing happened in June and unfortunately for me there was money in my account and R240.00 was debited. Called again to clarify the matter and I was told that the previous consultant had not cleared out my contract, and she assured me it was cancelled this time. July, the same thing happened and so I went to my bank and they made a stop payment for me - just when I thought that was it, another sms came in on the 1st of August with R70.00 being debited! I'v had enough of contacting BetterLife and kindly enquiring about this matter...
