Harassment from Call Centre

A few months ago, I got a bond for my home through BetterBond. I had great service from BetterBond, but then a person from BetterLife called me to offer me insurance. I assume they got my number from the Betterbond database. I told them that I already had insurance and therefore did not require what they were offering.

For about the past 2 months, if not longer, almost every single day, sometimes up to 4 or 5 times a day I get a call on my mobile from the BetterLife call centre. If I answer, the caller just hangs up. I suspect it may be a technical issue, however I have called Betterlife numerous times to request that they remove my number from their system.

They always very kindly assure me that they will remove it, yet to this day, I continue to receiving these extremely annoying phonecalls. The number varies, it's either from 0115021000 or 0115024300.

Please stop harassing me.
