I opened a Bundle account with ABSA in 2012, somehow the way i was charged changed. The bank is charging me MORE that what its suppose to. I complained and i was promised that they will look into it. I went to Newgermany (pinetown) branch and spoke to the manager, he promised to call me after a day, but till this day i'm still waiting. Then again i went to pinetown branch to ask abt the same thing, the consultant told me that the Bank is overcharging my account.
I wish ABSA can resolve this, and tell me what happened. I am sick of going to the branch and come back with nothing.
