The below complaint was logged on the 19th July but as of today... no response from FNB!!!
For the past two months i have not had access to the temporary loan and not even once was it not paid on time. When i call the call centre they tell me that it is not a garanteed offer and the computer generates as it see fits, please clarify this because nothing on your adverts says this or on the documentation highlights this. Basically its here today and gone tomorrow.
