First National Bank
4 Months and still no speed point

I submitted a request in April 2013 for a speed point we needed for an event from 26-28 July 2013. I figured I may as well get a head start. Boy was I wrong! Sihle Chauke (Outbound Fulfillment Team) was quick to respond. We were approved on 22 April. He informed me that I will be contacted by a representative who will perform a site inspection and provide training. I was contacted by Shahieda and we scheduled an appointment for 30 April. She canceled the appointment an hour before the time and never rescheduled.
When I still haven't heard anything in June, I started to get worried. I contacted my business manager at FNB Tokai, Basheer (Abdul Losper) and asked him numerous times to please follow up on the matter.
A month went by and I still didn't hear anything. I contacted Capitec bank two weeks before the event when I received a call from Thabiet (FNB), promising that he will be able to provide me with a speed point. We scheduled a site inspection, he cancelled, it got rescheduled. We were supposed to receive training on Thursday 25 July. I'm still waiting. Thankfully Capitec bank came through and FICA'd us in a week.
My sister-in-law was going to move to FNB from STB but won't now.
