So after my previous complaint my premier banker sorted out most of the problems. Except for the device department, which is my main complaint. I want this sorted out TODAY, if not I will slowly be moving everything off FNB on pure principal.
Tracey Sonickson please think clearly before you post and say this has been escalated, if that meant anything I would not be writing this. Your last response was "A formal complaint has been logged on your behalf and the reference number is 286541."
