Clientele Life
Cancelled policy still deducted from my account

At the beginning of June I obtained life insurance from Clientele. To date I have not received any Policy documents, no policy number and no communication whatsoever!! I'ts no use calling the client services because it is non existant. I cancelled my insurance by email. Again, no response and they Are still deducting money off my account.!!! Their service is pathetic to say the least and I demand a refund or I will take this matter up withthe Consumer Council
