Call centre incompetence

I'm really tired of Miway now and dealing with their call centre! I made several calles to them in July to discuss my anniversary premium which went increased from the previous policy year and did other quotes as well. I spoke to maybe 4 or 5 people who clearly do not know what they are doing and messed up my policy, everytime i spoke to someone they give me different policy premiums and tell me they will check what going on and sort it out but they never do, iunderstand it gets busy but thats no excuse. They never do what they are supposed to and i'm still waiting for an updated policy schedule. What is want to now know is how can my premium go from R450.73 to around R530 and then this month my billing was also meesed up and i got billed a 2 differnt premiums. Please sort this out and then cancel my policy with effect the end of August! i will send an email to you guys as well to serve as proof that i requested the cancellation and would like a cancellation letter ASAP! I spoke to an agent by the name of Mary-anne today.
