To whom it may concern. I am totally unhappy with the fact of a debit order still going off my account with an amount of R170 yet i cancelled my policy. I called on friday the 23/08/2013 to cancel my policy, to my surprise my account gets debited the very same day with R170. The first premium was supposed to be debited on the 27/08/2013 and i explained to the call centre agent that i am not in a financial position to have the policy and i will call again towards the end of the year to re-instate my policy he agreed to cancel my policy and also assured me that i will receive a refund for my premium if it was deducted!!! I would like my premium to please be refunded to me immediately as its not fair to debit my account since i have cancelled my policy.
Please refund my R170 immediately and please do not inconvenience me for your accounts departments negligence!!! Treat customers fairly!!!
