I made enquiries to taking out an insurance with Clientele (Hospital Cover). As the debit was to come off a third party account Clientele life said that they need authorization from this party (fully understandable and in agreence with request). After discussing the policy with my spouse we decided not to take it up an subsequently cancelled the policy (cancellation acknowleged by Clientele). Nobody ever spoke to the third party re the debit order. LOW and BEHOLD the debit order came off the third party account. I am now getting a totally different story each time I phone regarding the refund of this money. Who EVER GAVE PERMISSION for the debit order, spells to me.
I am TOTALLY shocked at the LACK of service and a SORRY does not wash. I will definitely not use or recommend Clientele
