Start of June I cancelled my 2 x policies, 26th I received a letter confirming the 2 x policies were cancelled, end of July money was removed via debit order from my account, I wrote 2 letters to clientele life and received confirmation read receipt, clientele life refuse to answer or reply, end of august money was again removed from my bank account which I am now sure amounts to as the policy is cancelled for two months and yet they remove money and refuse to reply or answer my queries, i find the fact that a company has to stoop to this level disgusting
