I took out a life policy for my father a year ago with CLIENTELE LIFE paying R950 a month & have not receieved the policy information pack to date. I made numerous calls to them spending hundreds on the cost of these calls! They have no empathy or consideration for their clients! Disgusting service to say the very least! Clientele's too quick to sign you up & take your hard earned money for a product they don't care to let you know what you're paying for! They have not even provided me with a policy number. I last spoke with Andre, a Team leader plus so many Clientele representatives, can't keep track of all their names, all who promised to send the pack and still nothing! Makes one very uneasy when Clientele's own Management team cannot honor their word! Clearly not a company that upholds their service promise, integrity or work ethic which now seems exxagerated over television ads simply to make a quick buck?! I have since escalated this matter to the Insurance Ombudsman and am following up daily to resolve, I would like a full re-imbursement of all the premiums I paid thus far for a product I have no knowledge of (no details) not even a policy number. PATHETIC CLIENTELE LIFE!!
