Service Complaint
I went to deposit cash at the Cape Town Gardens Nedbank Branch, where i received the most horrifying service ive ever received in my life, and I'm not one to compliant but the service I had was s..t! it was not from a teller, they were very good and friendly and assisted me very quickly. The horrifying service was received from a Mrs Cupido, whom I find to be extremely nosey. She took over 25min to change my of address. during this period she has short conversation with other customers, steering at clients walking in and out the bank, daydreaming while looking at the ceiling, this is while poor me stand there and waited. She made no eye contact neither did she bother to apologies for the long wait. When she was done. All she said was, ok I'm done. Frankly if I managed that branch id get rid of that women are the very least, move her away from inquiries because she a disaster waiting to happen.
