On the 19th July I get a letter from MFC stating that they have "Migrated" with Nedbank, ok, no problem. But, in January I had a settlement amount of R??? which I did not do at that time, so in August my Isuzu would have been paid complete. Then I get the letter. Now the amount is double, I have to pay R9, 890.24 finance charges and where I had one or two payments left. I now have a wonderful 22 payments left. That brings the amount to R150 000.00, double the price that I paid for it. Is this really my fault that the two parties MIGRATED. I had my contract with MFC and to where and what they do is not my problem, my original contract states what I have to do. Nobody gave permission to refinance my Isuzu, and still nobody has came back to me, when I asked for a direct number and a contact person. Is this correct, can they just do as they like because they are big and we are just the public. I am sure it cannot be correct. I have received a full statement from MFC, man this is crazy, I am still trying to understand how this happens.
