Having purchased a vehicle financed by MFC, I phoned to settle on the 22nd May. Having got a settlement amount, which I paid, I have now received a statement which indicates that I have been migrated, at a finance charge.
Fortunately I only owed R7000.00 so the charge was only R160.00. However I hate to think what the charges on new vehicles are, and if my account is actually settled. Did I settle with the additional charge added on?
No answer from 0860 879 900, despite being on hold for 20 minutes.
