On the 16th July 2013 i applied for finance with Wsebank, who i have had finance from before and never had any problems!
Wesbank informs me on the 17th July 2013
" Good day Mr. Lambert, Thank you for your correspondence.
Kindly note that you have a listing on your ITC profile by virgin mobile for an amount of R299. Kindly advise if this account was paid for in full and if you have a paid up letter or not. "

This was the first time i have known about any outstanding amount to do with anyone.
Needless to say i track down who is responsible for listing me without a letter advising me of the problem..
I eventually find out its barrett and Assc. who have executed this..
On the 19th July 2013 i pay tyhe amount in full, which is now R333.09 at 16:29.

On monday i request from Susan Phenyane of Virgin mobile Head office to get notification of the payment from Barrett and Assc. and have my name removed as they never even had the decency to send me a letter or give me a phone call ICW this rediculous situation.
I received an email stating that the amount has been paid in full,
but you cannot get hold of anyone to assist at Barret not Virgin Mobile head office,
To remove this listing!!!
