Dealt with Rodwell from the 1st time i made my claim, frustrating moments, especially when i didnt recieve feedback, Rodwell never lost his cool, always calm, empathetic and understanding. he went the extra mile, even when i informed him that debits went on my account even though my policy has lapsed he assured me that it will be sorted, it was sorted! just a BIG THANK YOU to Rodwell for changing the my perception about Iwize and client services in the country, if we could have more guys like him in the customers service ndustry we are sure to go a long way. keep it up Rodwell and Iwize should know they have a gem in you!
