This email serves to confirm that I have received exemplary, outstanding and professional service from Nisha Pillay at Nedbank. She is extremely knowledgeable and has always answered all our queries and concerns with regards to our home loan application. She is extremely professional yet makes one feel comfortable when u liaise with her. She always take all our telephone calls and always delivers on her promises of calling us with feedback. Even if the feedback was negative, she will always communicated in a tone of voice that shows empathy as if it was her own application. My wife and I call her several times in a day and she is always patient and friendly. She is a real asset to organization displaying real customer service value and satisfaction, and a lot of people in your organization can learn from this.
