This morning I get a notification that my Account has been debited for R99, 99 by DREMARKET. I then called Nedbank to tell the I did not recognize/acknowledge this debit order. Nedbank then advises me that StratCol (Dubious company) that I have never ever heard of in my life before has debited my account.
I then call StratCol who then refer me to their client whom I never heard of either, Christian Dre Marketing.
I always felt that Nedbank could protect my money but it seems that my money is not safe in your care.
What am I to do Nedbank? Please give me a straight and honest answer as to what steps I need to take to rectify this matter?
I reall feel let down and disappointed in a bank that I trusted.
