My husband's laptop bag was from his car at a local shopping center. The blocked his remote, so the car didn't lock. When he returned the stuff had been taken from his boot. When I phoned Outsurance I really didn't think I would have a claim since I couldn't prove anything. They honored the claim, even though they could have rejected it, because there was no sign of forced entry. They took me at my word. Thank you so much!
