Out in the dark with Izwe Loan's

I am very confused by the prosess of my loan. I applied on Friday and all my documentation was sent. Today while I qeuried my application, it became clear to me that people working there has no idea what the status of my application is. Mr. Jacobus van Jaarsveld informed me that my application has been through confirmation and was now at the checking department. I asked when my loan would be approved and he said I should have a answer by the next day.

I later received a mail from a Clayton asking me to send a february payslip to see my March commissions. That makes no sense as my application is based on my fixed salary, and the commissions on my bank statement is a arrangement between me and my employer. He said he needed this to finalize my application and send it for checking.

What I don't understand is how one person can tell my my application is at checking, and the next tell me they need more stuff before they can send it to checking.

Does it make sense???
