I was involved in an accident on the 25th of May at 5:30am. I couldn't get ahold of my insurer and only logged the call with them on the Monday. After that I had to wait a few days for an assessor to he car one the assessor did his job he called me to say the car was a write off. After that I got a call and was told that a pvt investigator was hired to investigate my case because the accident happened on a weekend and in the morning. Took the investigator 3weeks to come and see me when got to the site he couldn't find anything to help with his case. I kept asking for a curtsy car and was told I'll get it once the accessor has given his report. On the 10th July 45 days later I was given a car after complaining that when I was sold the policy these rules weren't explained to me. 3 weeks ago I was told that an AOL Doc was sent to management this doc hasn't been signed last week. Got a call saying that my policy was cancelled when I asked what about the AOL Doc the lady that called didn't know about it. If I knew Affinity handled client the way they do I would have never signed with them
