STOP RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS

I lost the use of my thumb due to a dog attack. half my thumb was amputated and after asking Hollard if i will get compensated as i have an accident cover with them which covers the loss or use of a limb i was given the runaround and advised to continue with the claim.

i spent R500 on a doctors report and it took almost a month for the claim to get processed after i made 100000 calls of course costing hundreds of rands with our wonderful cell phone rates not mentioning how long it took me to get the claim forms to fax off it took them a few days to send me a response that my claim is denied because my thumb wasn't amputated completely...

i mean hallo whats the difference? Tomato, tomato, potato, potato.

then all they do is advise you to contact the ombudsman to complain which is also another waste of time as they only repeat what these rip off insurance companies did.

These insurance companies are quick to call you at the most inconvenient times to offer you these "wonderful products" but when it's time for them to fulfil their promises the customer always gets over.

THE LEAST YOU COULD DO IS OFFER TO PAY BACK MY R500 I WASTED ON THE DOCTORS FEE!!!
