Cancelled Policy and my money is still taken

I am extremely unhappy with the poor service that I have received from Old Mutual. I had asked to cancel my policy twice, yet this morning money has been debited from my bank account. I phoned the call centre again this morning to explain my situation and while looking for my policy number on my form the person hung the phone up on me!!
