I was asked to send through some documents regarding my claim which I did. Last week on the 25.07.2013 was also asked to fill in a certain form and emailed it back which I did same day. To my surprise today when I contacted the call centre I was told that they are still waiting for the form from my side but Ronel told me that she forwarded the report for payment. I was then told to contact Tracy who advised that they only received this docoments today. So if I did not call when would I know that you never received the form because I did send it to your appointed assessor.

The bank is giving us till 01.08.2013 to make the payment and this was the second settlement letter that I was asked to send. Can someone plase see that this is sorted ASAP because I do not want to request a third settlement letter.
