I wish to bring this to your attention: I logged a Complaint on the 24th of July 2013 with regards to an unauthorised debit that was processed from my account. This morning I received a confirmation that this debit was reversed. Throughout the whole time, Charmaine Rajoo kept me informed. Her service was excellent! Thank you Charmaine.
