I called again and spoke to Phillip who asked me to forward the email that I sent on the 5th August 2013, after I realised that my money was deducted from My Bank Account by them on the 31 July 2013, to confirm that I requested my money back within the seven days cooling period.
And I did forward it to him but no respond is again not easy to find that Phillip because always new people please solve this problem
