Please update your systems accordingly

I have been under debt review since 2011. Not once have I missed a payment as indicated on the court order I have obtained, Yet every month I get a minimum of 4 calls from your call center (at 7am) to inquire when I am making my next payment. I sometimes get 4 calls in a space of an hour of people asking me the same thing.

After 2 years I am now fed up explaining the same story at 7am in the morning. Please update your systems accordingly as you are the only creditors irritating me from everyone that gets paid on time every month. Although I am unable to make the full payment I am at least making an effort to pay something.

The NDPA pays over the money every month at the same time. In the event you do not receive payments by all means contact me but please stop this of calling me for the same every month at inappropriate times. I really don't want to sound like a broken record on the phone every month.

Your urgent attention to this matter will be much appreciated.
