In 2001 Nedbank lodged a judgement against me with Transunion. To my knowledge and according to my divorce agreement this was paid. In 2008, Nedbank once again lodged the very same judgement which is illegal. I have sent repeated emails to the attorneys Maritz Schreurs who have promised to come back to me and who have failed to do so in the past 8 months. I have begged them to come back to me. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact Nedbank to sort this out. The home I live in has been sold and I cannot rent another one as I have this judgement against me. I had no idea this judgement was still in effect after all these years until I tried to rent a home. Please can someone assist me. I have emails from the attorneys to back up my claims. What the attorneys did was change the case number but the original documentation is still dated 2001 even though I am convinced the divorce attorneys paid this account in 2001. This is illegal. I just want someone to contact me but they wont.
