The feedback received on Ref # 102233473 means nothing. Valid charges, off course your feedback will be valid charges.
My emails did not go through. I reported this to your technical department and after been told to change a setting, I was told that they could not assist me any further.
None of the emails I sent were ever received by the recipients. And according to your data usage measured (2.6GB) I had to have sent those emails 26 times or more because the size of the 3 emails totaled 110MB.
My recipients confirmed that they did not receive the emails and will confirm to you in writing if needed.
Where is the proof of usage that we requested. I logged a request for data to be investigated. Two of the charges correspond with time emails were tried to send. Other charges was 00:00:21 on 22/23 June 2013.
Why did MTN send my emails 26 odd times. I sent them once and received error "connection not possible" and "connection to main server could not be established".
The whole reason for my call to 808 on 23/6 at 9:06am was to enquire about the emails not going through. Please check your call records, that's why you record calls.
