Employ Knowledgable staff Today, Tomorrow, Forever!

On 07/02/2013, 13:30, I had to go to into to bank in order reset my password. I explained Keabetswe that I am 1 of 3 users on the Online Banking & I explained the reasons that I need to reset my password. She insisted that she can't assist me because I am not a signatory. I repetively explained that I am not a signatory but I am an online user & I need to reset the password. I also explained that there was a few times when I blocked myself on Online Banking, I came in with my ID book & they sorted it out in branch. She then asks me who did that for me. I replied ABSA, Lenasia branch. She says they not supposed to do that. Eventually she calls another consultant & explained what I required. The consultant gave the exact explaination that I gave to Keabetswe. Afer numerous typing, she tells me it is sorted. I asked her is she sure that I will be able to access the account. She replied yes. I got back to our store & to my dismay & frustration, I could not access the account. I called the branch & explained Althea my dilemma, who kindly assisted me. It is because of people like Keabetswe that I don't go in branch. Absa need to employ people like Althea working for them.
