INTERNET PROFILE "NOT IN SYNC"

Ive been trying since last week Wed (27 March 2013) to set up my internet banking to enable me to make EFT payments ito of my monthly expenses. The first time I attempted to logon to the internet site with my temporary pin, I was advised on screen that I have attempted 3 times to logon which was unsuccessful and that I would have to visit a branch for assistence, which I did. I was given a new temp pin and yet again the same thing happened. I called the help centre on Thursday who advised me that my "profile is out of sync", that I would have to go back to a branch and get assistance from them and once I am able to set up my internet banking, I would have to visit a branch again to reset my limits on payments! and the lady at the helpcentre advised me that nothing can be done for me until today (Tues) because of all the holidays. My payments to creditors are now a week overdue! I phoned Nedbank this morning at the branch where I obtained the temp pin nrs and the lady took a message and said that she would get somebody to phone me back, bt she cant tell when that will be because it is month-end and they are very busy. In the meantime I have to try and explain to my creditors!
