I can't believe I'm having to resort to Hello Peter to get some action from Standard Bank. I expected more from them. I have been trying to change the debit date on my credit card for over 6 months. Every time I phone they say it is done. I wait for month end. It hasn't changed. I phone again, change the date, wait, wrong again. and again. and again. What give? Seriously, is it that difficult. I'm tired of phoning now.
