MY CREDIT CARD IS BLOCKED BY AND I DON'T KNOW WHY

Bad bad horrible service from Standard Bank. After i logged a complaint with Hello Peter this morning 27 Sept 2013, only an e-mail came telling me to call an 086 number at Standard Bank. I called that number and I was sent up and down given 086 numbers to call!!! Why am i wasting my time with this bank? To think i've been with them forever. I then got to Nikita from Card Collection and she explained to me something that i really don't understand, and she also could not change my debit order date from the 25th of each month to the 30th. I am really taking my service elsewhere because on top of not communicating with me regarding blocking my card, i only found out when i went inside the branch, now they can't change the date my debit order is supposed to come off. And to top it all they are telling me it is not possible to change my date at all and if they change it today as in now to the 30th of each month then it will go off again on 30th Sept as it has already gone off on the 25 Sept. I can't believe a bank this major cannot even assist me in changing my debit order bank. They just advised me to cancel my debit order then thereafer pay manually. Goodbye Standard Bank
