Good day,

I took out a personal loan with Direct Axis over my phone. The call center agent who helped me explained everything and said my debit order data can be changed after 3 days. I phoned back after 3 days and was told I can only change details after first debit went down. After my debit went down I phoned again to request debit date change. Once again they could not change the date due to it being before the date I wish to change it to. I was told to phone again after the date. I phoned AGAIN and was told the debit date can't be change as it is by default salary date.

I have received wrong information every time I phone and this is wasting my time and could affect my credit rating.
