The month of May I had financial problems and I missed my loan payment and I went to the Capitec branch to enquire what steps need to be followed the agent said that I would have to pay the money that is outstanding but she can't tell me what it will be next month as the money keeps on increasing. I then decided to wait till I have money which will be on the 25th of June to go and pay the amount which is in arrears. Capitec normally takes the loan payment from my FNB account and I have an exisiting account with them that I use to save money in. On the 24th of June I deposited - R1900 into that account and Capitec took it all I then went to the branch the following day to enquire and was told that CAPITEC has a right to take it as I owe them. I was then told that I would have to make arrangements. I then left the station fuming as that was my rent money, I came back on the 05th of July to set up a payment plan on the phone and was told that I will be paying R401.00 for 3 months to cover the outstanding balance on my account. I left then to my horror CAPITEC sends me a letter stating that they will supply my details to 3 credit bureaus. This all happened after I went to the store to
