I took a loan with Capitec almost two years back and in March Im finishing paying it back. Last year December I got an sms saying that i missed my payment nad funny enough all along I have been paying it fine cause they debted it from my account. I this morning I went to Capitec Bank and I was told by the branch manager Tebogo in Kempton Park that Capitec Bank called my company and I was told that we are getting payed on the 15 December which was my bonus and went to my account for their money.
My agreement with them was that they will debt their money month end not during the month and now I keep getting sms saying that I must pay that money and my Question is why did they not debt month end of December since that was what was on the contract that I signed with them and for them to call my company and not me is nonsennse. They keep on sayingthat Capitec is the BEST BANK ever ag whateve
