I registered4buying electricity on prepaid 24.A consultant called&welcomed me2 "world of convenience"I then bought elctricity4 R800.This was my all4 my monthly electricity&was only left with a few units on my meter. I waited 30 mins, 2 hrs, 10 hrs, still nothing, &the few units I had left got finished! Feeling deceived, I frantically searched 4their contact details &oops ther was nothin on their website, 1 is only restricted to online service chat. I logged on2 the chat &was assisted by Melony de witt (not impressed by her service! she hung up on meafter advising me they havent recieved my payment&unfortunately I am a 1st tym user so am a risk, will have2wait until the money shows in2 their account the next day. MIND U THIS WAS A STNDRD BANK 2STNDRD BNK TRANSACTION! I decided2be patient. Come nxt mornin, nothing, afternun nothin.had2 go2a gud friend&borrow sme cash2buy electricity@garage. Contacted them again& was told2send proof of payment & i did, was told management will sit n cum bek2me? Seriously?? wen money has left my account they want to sit & debate if they can give me my electricity? VERY STRANGE? Still Waiting, hopefuly wil cum in my lifetime! ADVIS IS STAY AWAY! BUY@YO USUAL CHANELS
