On Saturday 27.07.13 i went to Old Mutual to submit my personal documents, and i received a bad attitude from a guy called Tirani who has told me that he has already closed and cannot help me with my request. I tried to ask if they were closed why was their doors still open and ther closing time reftlect as 13h00 he failed to answer and was busy eating simba chips and giving me a bad attitude.
I have to wait for Saturday 03.08.13 to submit my documents to old Mutual as i'm working till late during the week. This is so disgusting.
