I have been receiving calls from African Bank Legal Department around 21:00 every second week for the past 5 years looking for a Mr Ernst Prinsloo. During every call I explained to the person that Mr Prinsloo does not stay at my address and that I haven't seen or from the man for at least 7 years. Alas this does not end the calls. I have spoken to a supervisor, Mr Khumalo, 2 weeks ago explaining the situation again. He assured me that he will reolve the matter and phone me the next day to confirm that it has been done. Alas I am still waiting for that call. On Thursday evening I received another cal from them. I explained the situation again and asked to speak to a supervisor again. The call was immediately terminated by them. I then phoned the legal department on Friday to explain the situation with no effect whatsoever. All that was said is that they need a reference number before they can do anything. They phone me on my home phone but according to them they cannot use Telkom numbers to search their computers for the relevant calls. This after they have been using it for 5 years! Apparently they can only use Mobile Phone numbers. What! PLEASE HELP ME!
