He was a good listner, willing to assis & more

I have been calling African bank more than a 100 times to get help and efficient assistance. I have visited all their branches from their classic malls to junction malls, but no one could help me.1) I was registered as i still owe the credit card even though it was paid off, when i call in they tell me they will get back to me in 2 weeks. nothing happened till i called in again. 2) i know i am in arrears with my Geen and Richards account and i have been paying it and extended the normal instalment to cover my arrears but still there is no change. i have been paying more than R500 for arrears with no change month to month.

Anyway that will be history soon, Thank you to Tulani Mokoena for finally assisting me in a respectful and understanding manner. I have never had an agent who would go an extra mile for me in your company, but you just did that and saved me hundreds of rands which will assist me on paying your company! Great assistance, they need more like you!!!
