I have been with standard bank now for over 15 years, i have recently had problems and they cant assit me, on 2 occasions money has been with drawn from my account, i called in this problem and they keep on forwarding my call, i have 2 cases the no is as follows, case 2974645 and my second call i made was to reference no 3032246, they are leading and helping me with nothing, i choose a bank wich is secure and reliable, me being a customer for more then 15 years and getting this treatment tell me that my money is not safe and standard bank can not be trusted, this is my money which i work hard for, how is it possible just to keep on misleading me with holding the line or telling me i must call other no, is it really this hard or must i just move on to another bank, please sort my problem out
