I am in the process on buying another property. On the 8th July my property finance consultant went through to Standard Band and Absa and was given a response with Bond approval on the 10th July. I then asked her to go through to Nedbank (as all my accounts are with them) and up until today I still have no final approval!!! Thats over 20 days. Whenever I ask for an explanation I get the same answer, "we are working on it"or "it got referred to business banking instead of home loans". Why is this my problem? Do you not want business? You are willing to give me a great interest rate but the service has been absolutely pathetic!
Will you be paying my occupational rent when I have no where to stay because you have delayed proceedings like this. Please stop advertising home loans etc as you are actually embarrassing your brand!
