First month with Standard Bank Insurance, and my clutch decides to give in off Rivonia Road. I call Club McCarthy and log an incident with them to come and tow my vehicle. Minutes after that, i cancel the request (big mistake) and call (0861007247) my new Insurance to come and tow my vehicle at 10:35am. The number rings and rings until you this point, "there is no response from the dialled number". So i call their Home emergency (0860626160) and i get transferred to Nompumelelo. She asks for my details, id number and destination address where my vehicles needs to be towed too. An hour later she calls me and tells me that my vehicle will have to be towed to the nearest Yard, because it doesn't show that my policy is active with them and this can only be be confirmed on Monday. I request to speak to a Supervisor, and She/He is busy. So First Road hooks my car, tower confirmed the address (Mechanics Workshop) he got from the Nompumelelo. So the car ended being towed to First Roads Yard in Bramley, My car is now at VW Barons Woodmead without me being notified of it going there. No supervisor has called me since the incident.
Extemely unhappy about this and now trully regret joining
