I have ben trying to get them to give me information about cancelling the speed point services/card swiper machine since the first week of July 2013.
I sent an email and called them.
I got a ref number 4102403, after one week of no contact from them I called again still no joy
I asked them to escalate the matter to a senior instead I got another ref number 4102306 still no response now its end of the month still no response.
im on the phone for about 25 min as I type this waiting for Stanley louw (supervisor) to tell me what services is this!!!
we run a business and time is money so please be true to your advertising and respond to clients when they need your help. they hoping I drop the line but I need this sorted by 31st july
