I am absolutely disgusted with Direct Axis.

I settled my account with them at the end on June, and called in to request for my refund to be processed, and for my account to be closed. After not receiving feedback or my money back, i emailed the company and had not even received a call back.

BUT THE BEST PART EVER... i get a statement from them advising that I'm in a credit... and then... SURPRISE... at the end of July, they debit my account... WHICH IS IN CREDIT WITH THEM AGAIN!!!

HOW is it possible that a company continues debiting a client who fully settled their account and is in a credit is what id love to know... THAT'S!!!

And now the call centre refuses to help me without a proof of payment.

These people have it on record that the account was settled and they refuse to help... what a load of!!!

DIRECT AXIS ARE

PEOPLE SHOULD BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THEM. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY EVEN IF YOU DON'T OWE THEM!!!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!
