Ok I am very tired of this 'company' ...Is there no system, do your files lay around on the floor? I was on debt review and in 2010 my account was apparently paid up because they reversed my interest. Last year Sunet Combrink [Email Removed] called me on behalf of direct axis, then all of a sudden i owed R23000.00. I negotiated a settlement discount and settled, i received a settlement letter, my credit record was updated by Faizel Hoosein. Now today NRB credit risk whatever sms's me, I now owe Direct axis again What the is wrong with this company. I have to now prove everything. I have sent the details to NRB i hope to have this sorted out on Monday... STOP HANDING ME OVER TO EVERYBODY I PAID YOU FOR HEAVENS SAKE. THIS IS UNNECESSARY
