I had a bag at a running event. it contained all my valuables that i had on me. Including my cellphone, wallet, prescription glasses ect. Luckily I had them insured. When dealing with Darren, he was absolutely professional and sorted the claim out immediately. The service was impeccable. I wish all call centers were this easy to deal with.
