Unhappy with service from Standard Bank Prestige

I recently upgraded to Prestige Banking. I was told I would be able to get assistance whenever required without having to wait in queues and the praises of Prestige Banking was sung loud and clear. However, I have not received the quality and level of service I was told I can expect. Firstly, my credit card was upgraded without my permission even though I specifically requested it not to be upgraded. I wasn't notified of this, i realised there was a problem when I was unable to use it. Then after I had to wait a few weeks for it, which was incredibly inconvenient, there was an issue linking it to my internet banking profile. I called the Prestige line many times, was told there was a "technical difficulty" and a team lead would do the linking and provide feedback (a few times). This didn't happen. I think I may have called the Prestige line more than 5 times, spoken to different people, tried to contact the Kromboom Prestige Banking manager left messages for her, sent mails for her to call me back, none of which happened. In fact, I didn't even receive a response to my mails. Its been months and my cc is still not linked correctly. I certainly DON'T feel like a Prestige Client!
